Location: Hillsboro, Oregon (Hybrid)

Compensation: $17-$22 per hour depending on experience, skills, and educational or equivalent professional background

Schedule: Approximately 10-20 hours per week during Summer 2026

About Starrett Realty Group

Starrett Realty Group is the business of REALTOR® Alexandra Starrett, affiliated with Keller Williams Sunset Corridor. In addition to helping clients buy and sell real estate, we host community events, create educational content, and build partnerships that make housing information more accessible and approachable.

We believe people deserve clear information, genuine support, and opportunities to build long-term stability through housing. Our work combines real estate, education, community engagement, marketing, and small business operations.

About the Internship

This internship is designed for someone interested in marketing, operations, small business growth, community engagement, and systems development.

You'll work directly with the owner of a growing small business to help turn ideas into repeatable processes, support community events, improve marketing systems, and build the operational infrastructure that helps a small business scale.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating order from complexity, improving processes, solving problems, and helping projects move from concept to execution.

This is not a REALTOR® training program or real estate sales position. The focus of this internship is marketing, operations, project management, systems development, and community engagement.

Schedule & Work Environment

This internship is expected to average approximately 10-15 hours per week during Summer 2026.

Most onsite work will take place at the Keller Williams Sunset Corridor office in Hillsboro.

Interns should expect approximately 6 hours per week of onsite work. In most cases, interns may choose which weekday they work onsite, subject to scheduling needs and mutual agreement.

Additional hours may be completed remotely, at community events, or through other approved work arrangements.

Occasional evenings and weekends may be available for community events, though participation will be discussed in advance based on intern interest.
