1. Interview Agents

Find the right real estate agent for you and build a game plan together.

3. Search

Begin your online home search and explore what is available in your price range.

5. Offer

Once we find the right home, we submit a strong offer and negotiate the terms of the contract.

Don't worry, I have lots of suggestions of inspectors and contractors who do it right the first time.

7. Inspections

We'll schedule inspections, do our due diligence, and negotiate any repairs or credits for issues that arise.

Almost there! Still don't impact your credit. Lenders can pull credit on the day of closing!

9. Last Steps

Receive clear to close from your lender and complete your final walk-through.

2. Pre-Approval

Get pre-approved after meeting with a lender to confirm your budget and strengthen your offers.

This is the most fun part! You can go to Open Houses too, just please no trespassing.

4. Showings

I set up showings and guide you through homes that match your goals and lifestyle.

Wire fraud is very common in this step. I'll advise you on how to check you're safe.

6. Escrow

Complete your loan application and deposit earnest money within the timeframe on the contract.

Most of this happens on the back end. Do NOT do anything to impact your credit: co-sign on a car, buy excessive furniture, open a credit card, etc.

8. Financing

Your lender finalizes the appraisal, insurance, and loan documents for approval.

10. Closing

Sign the final documents and get your keys. You are officially a homeowner!
