Meet the Founder - Alexandra Starrett

Some of my favorite childhood memories revolve around real estate. My grandfather was a developer, transforming Wisconsin farmland into suburban neighborhoods and even naming streets after his four children, including my mom. Growing up, I loved helping my mom paint our new house, and we’d often peek into neighbors’ homes and open houses just for fun.

My passion for homes started early. I was fascinated by architecture and interior design, designing intricate houses in MS Paint, building models out of cardboard, and turning school-lined paper into makeshift graph paper for floor plans. That passion grew alongside my love for engineering, leading to a seven-year career as an electrical power engineer.

​

In 2020, I decided to follow my heart and pivot into real estate, earning my Oregon license in 2021, just in time for record-low interest rates and intense buyer bidding wars! I quickly discovered how much I love working with clients, problem-solving to get them the best deals, and making the impossible happen. I also found a special passion for land sales.

​

With my engineering background, I have a deep appreciation for data, enjoy diving into county records, and can hold my own with contractors, especially electricians! I thrive on continuous learning and managing projects of all complexities. More than anything, I believe in treating my clients like friends, and many have become just that.

Home buying, selling, and investing can be overwhelming, but I take pride in making the process smooth, stress-free, and empowering for my clients. The joy I see when handing over the keys or celebrating at the closing table makes it all worth it, every single time.
